Welcome to lodigame5. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and lodigame5 ("we," "us," "the Platform") when you access or use any part of the lodigame5 website, games, services, or promotions available at lodigame5.best.

Your lodigame5 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You are required to keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Lodigame5 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Accounts must be registered with a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control. This number is used for account verification and security notifications.
• You must keep your account information — including mobile number, email address, and payment method details — current and accurate at all times.
• Lodigame5 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, driver's licence, passport).
• Account dormancy: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance.
• Lodigame5 reserves the right to freeze or suspend an account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to suspected fraud, multiple account use, or money laundering indicators.

Lodigame5 supports a range of Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are handled in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱).

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits

• The minimum deposit at lodigame5 is ₱25. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed where possible.
• Deposits are credited to your lodigame5 balance instantly or within minutes, depending on your chosen payment method.
• Lodigame5 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount at lodigame5 is ₱100. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Lodigame5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, lodigame5 may require completion of KYC verification. This is a one-time process designed to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• If you have claimed a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

Lodigame5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page and the general rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses at lodigame5 are intended for entertainment purposes and to extend your playing time. They are not designed as a guaranteed profit mechanism.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement ("rollover"), minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. These are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for lodigame5 welcome and deposit bonuses is 20× the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your lodigame5 account. Real money is used first in wagers unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an active bonus will void the previous bonus.

• All automated game outcomes at lodigame5 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers under professional casino conditions. The stream is real-time and unedited. Lodigame5 does not manipulate live dealer game outcomes.
• Player-versus-player games (Tongits, Pusoy Dos) use verified matchmaking systems. Lodigame5 does not place computer opponents in real-money PvP games without clear disclosure.
• Sports and virtual sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute between published odds and the actual result, the actual result governs.
• In the event of a technical error, software failure, or internet disconnection during a game, lodigame5 will apply its standard disconnection and error resolution policies. Game state is recorded server-side to protect players.
• Lodigame5 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a clear technical error has occurred that resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game behaviour — even if the result has already been displayed to the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lodigame5. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating or using more than one lodigame5 account, or creating accounts under false or borrowed identities
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with lodigame5 games or systems
• Colluding with other players in poker, Tongits, Pusoy Dos, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the lodigame5 platform for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or criminal activity through the lodigame5 platform
• Depositing funds obtained illegally or from sources not registered in your own name
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or lodigame5 staff in any communication channel

• Lodigame5 shall not be liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or technical problems on the player's side.
• Lodigame5 shall not be liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligibility, bonus abuse, or account sharing.
• In the event of a proven technical error by lodigame5 that results in an incorrect payout, our liability is limited to the correct payout amount. We reserve the right to void erroneously credited winnings.
